Rental Application

Thanks for your interest in renting one of our rental units. Please note that every occupant over the age of 18 must complete their own copy of this rental application form. This includes spouse, wife, husband, roommate etc. Make sure to fully complete the form including two pieces of ID such as Driver’s License, Passport, Health Card with picture; proof of income such as pay stubs, T4, NOA, bank statements, etc.

Cosigner (when cosigner needed) also needs to submit a copy of this rental application form indicating (I am cosigner for FIRST and LAST NAME and not moving in) in Addtional information box at the end of this rental application form.
