As a uOttawa student living at 295 Ste. Cecile was incredible. The location is a nice and quiet street with access to the #5 and 12 bus to head downtown and there is locked storage for bicycles in the backyard shed. Inside are three spacious bedrooms, a living room for relaxing and a kitchen with easy to clean surfaces. The layout of the entire space is intuitive and functioned well for myself as a student, and for my friend and my brother who are both young professionals. Our year living at 295 Ste. Cecile was very affordable and allowed my brother to save for a down payment to purchase a home a few blocks away.

My spouse and I lived for two years at 295 Ste-Cécile. The place met all of our “needs” and “wants” at the time: it was newly renovated, centrally located in a quaint neighbourhood, included brand-new appliances and on-location laundry facilities. The backyard allowed us to host friends and family and enjoy summer BBQ’s. There was plenty of parking and an outdoor shed to store sporting goods and other items. Marc and his team provided us with top-notch, first-rate customer service and were always keen on making our experience with them both pleasant and worry-free. The house was in such great condition that it quickly felt like home. You can’t say that about many big city apartments. The M2A Group offers outstanding and professional service with a personal touch. I highly recommend renting from them.
I had a great experience renting from M2A. The Hannah Street apartment that I rented was a great find – recently renovated, well laid out, and at an extremely reasonable price. Any concerns I had (which were very few) were dealt with in a timely manner. It was great to find a landlord that does such honest and reliable work. I was very happy with my tenancy, and would recommend Marc and his team to anyone who is looking for a quality place at a great price!
